I read great reviews about this office and was excited to schedule with them. I tried calling 3 days in a roll. Someone called me on the 2nd day but I wasnt able to take the call. I havent been able to reach anyone to schedule. Not sure if this is normal but it was really frustrating.
I've been going to Jennifer Sparks since she took over the shop I have gone to for years. The staff is professional, Jennifer is kind, prompt and never have to wait.
Everyone was pleasant and accommodating. I did not care for all the waiting in between parts of exam. Sometimes you just have to wait. It is just boring, I will pack a book next time, lol.
Everyone was professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful…from Dr. Sparks to the opticians. My experience was very positive!
Their phone number is for Klamath Eye Center. I don’t know if that is intentional or not but after calling multiple times and no one is picking up, that says to go somewhere else to get glasses.
