Such a great experience from start to finish! From the moment I walked in every single person I interacted with was incredibly kind, friendly, patient and welcoming! Dr. Hutzell and her team were thorough, took the time to explain everything clearly and made the entire visit feel comfortable and easy. It was truly one of those experiences where you leave thinking, “Wow, everyone there was so nice!” Excellent eye care, wonderful people and an all around great experience!

The optometrists at Basin Eye Care are very kind and great at working with young people. I brought my teenage son in to get new glasses and was very impressed by the state of the art equipment and the highly trained professionals. When they tested his vision using his old glasses, he could hardly see the giant E on the screen, but by the time they figured out his new prescription, my son was able to read the very tiny letters from all the way across the room! We were also pleasantly surprised to learn that contact lenses were another option and the price was very reasonable. Thank you, Basin Eye Care. Now my son will be able to learn how to drive with confidence and excellent vision!

Nice facility, friendly and efficient staff, very thorough optometrists. Staff helped me through my various eyeglass options after my exam, and figured the best way to balance my insurance with my projected copay to fulfill my vison needs. Highly recommend.
