I do appreciate Dr Fry's expertise and calm demeanor. Also his support staff is amazing, always helpful and patient with my many questions.. The procedure that Dr. Faye performed restored the vision in my right eye. What a difference! I don't think we appreciate our vision until something happens and we lose it. Thank you for allowing me to see clearly again.

I previously shared a detailed review, specifically with the staff, expressing concerns about my initial visit. This follow-up visit was a pleasant surprise. The staff was significantly friendlier and helpful than before. While I had mistakenly misread the appointment time, they were still willing to accommodate us which was a huge relief—especially since the next available appointment wouldn’t have been until February. A big thank you to Dr. Stevens for making this possible! Service was far more prompt than anticipated especially after the detailed complaint I’d previously written. Dr. Stevens and his staff could’ve easily turned us away, yet they chose to provide us with the care we needed. I appreciated the time he took to listen and clarify questions/concerns which made a significant difference in my overall experience. His team was attentive and kind, making me feel valued as a patient.

After six corneal transplants and some serious eye injuries and diseases I have seen dozens of eye surgeons. I have been to eye centers for 70 years throughout California and Oregon. In my opinion Klamath eye center and Dr Jonathan Fay are second to none. We are extremely fortunate to have them in Klamath.

I appreciate all the helpful & positive people that work for Dr Fay. Dr Fay & his staff answer all my questions & concerns. Dr Fay has the expertise & experience of a great eye doctor & my family & I have been going to him for over 20 years. And, we think he’s the best!

I had a new large floater in my eye so I called Klamath Eye Center. They got me in right away. Dr Stevens diagnosed that my retina was torn. He called a retina specialist in Medford right then and got me an immediate appointment with retina specialist. Everyone at Klamath Eye Center was very kind and professional. I highly recommend them.
