Always liked how the team at downtown optical makes you feel welcome and that they are glad you are there. Very helpful on making sure you get everything needed and that the insurance is placed where and hiw it needs to be. Gwen at the front desk is so friendly when checking in. Noah ( I think that's his name, if not I apologize.) Did awesome on letting us know about the insurance and which way would be best. The two assistance that was there also was really friendly and of course Dr. Jennifer Sparks is the best.

Great office environment and location with easy parking. The front desk, MA, and optician were so helpful and friendly. Dr. Sparks is very knowledgeable and kind. I felt very well cared for and would highly recommend this office.

Ty My son loves his glasses he ended up getting them scratched at recess and they were able to replace rather quickly they're very understanding and will get you the best quality help from what we experienced five stars across the board

Great experience! I took my son here a couple weeks ago. Way more professional than the Eye Center. Kind staff and very helpful. Dr Sparks was very informative and the exam was prompt. Didn't wait much either for appointment either. Staff was very responsive, respectful and even pleasant! The other clinic should follow in foot steps.
