I had a fabulous experience at this location a month and a half ago. After visiting the attached eye doctor, Tiasha helped me pick out glasses and was wonderful. She explained my insurance allowances and made everything easy. Kavon is an absolute delight. The technician who makes the glasses had my two pairs done the same day in 15 and 20 minutes. It’s pure magic! Everyone made it fun! So much so I took my son back today and had the same great service. We worked with Kia this time and she is so kind. Fantastic selection of frames, great deals, amazing people, unbeatable turnaround time. I tell everyone about this place now!

Me & my son both had appointments for vision screening & glasses & they were all so wonderful! Great customer service, I felt valued as a customer which is rare! & the tech that assisted us with picking our glasses was so knowledgeable! The entire process from start to finish was extremely quick! My whole family was sincerely impressed!

My family and I visited this location during our stop in Greenwood, SC. The team was extremely welcoming! My first encounter was with Tiasha. She was inviting, greeted us with a welcoming smile and knowledgeable about the product. I also encountered Bryan during my visit. He was also welcoming, inviting and provided great customer service to our family. I had an exceptional conversation with the General Manager, Mr. Kavon about his experience and his plans for the Greenwood community. My daughter lost her glasses and we had less than an hour befor closing for the July 4 weekend, but the staff and the lab manager were very kind and helpful and got her replacement glasses in less than 30 minutes, and did an excellent job. The Greenwood team is the BEST! Many thanks!
