I will be leaving an honest review, everyone in the surrounding area, recommends them but they are trash, the waiting time is horrible. And I went to get my eye exam for the very first time, and I expressed to the doctor that I wanted contact lenses and she literally only gave me a prescription for glasses smh. I asked the lady in optical to check for contact lens coverage due to my insurance, she ensured me, I didn’t have it. I informed my insurance company and they called this office on three way with me and confronted them about falsely telling me that I wasn’t covered, when I absolutely was. The lady in optical had an attitude and immediately started to blame the doctor for dropping the ball, These people don’t care about what the patients want, just what’s easier for them and billing. Thanks for nothing!!
