Lylith, Angelica and Erica are all very nice and friendly. They are knowledgeable and helpful. They have the best customer service. They helped us through the whole process from choosing glasses in our budget to getting everything straight with the insurance. I will definitely keep coming here for glasses and so will my family. I highly recommend them.
Went with a friend to get their glasses fixed, Lyith and Angelica broke the glasses even more popping out the lens. They didn’t even apologize for breaking them more and proceeded to give attitude when trying to ask for advice to get new ones. The frames were bought at this store and they said they can’t replace them. They refuse to do anything about them breaking the glasses. They were very unprofessional. Erica the manager stated that it’s not their problem that they broke the glasses more.
Very helpful and friendly. Had a great variety of different types of glasses. Glasses came in quickly. Would highly recommend. They were great.
