June 12th at 915 AM, a patient. went for her eye exam at Berkeley Eye Center. The visit was amazing. This patient has a history of being challenging to all medical staff, caregivers, and even family. The front desk staff, were very patient and informative with our first visit. 😄 the staff who did the preliminary work before the doctor came in , who is named Jesse 😁😁 was extremely patient and very helpful!!! He had many challenges with this patient. and he overcame all the challenges , which allowed the patient to feel very comfortable with him. From this point forward, the patient complied with Jesse's requests without hesitation and with pleasure. After his job was done, the optician arrived and she too had so much patience with this patient it was amazed. This patient has a history of being strong minded, strong willed, and not wanting to cooperate 70% of the time. Optician, Alaina Coleman had Such a sweet, patient, caring, relaxing and very understanding way while working with my patient. Because of the staff at the Berkeley Eye center, I definitely would recommend them to anyone else and they will be the place this company goes to for future eye care. Luna's Angels Adult Best Care.
