Dr and staff are phenomenal. I’ve been coming here for a few years and refuse to go anywhere else. I had an emergency and they were able to give me an appointment promptly.
The person ringing me up/taking care of my charges for services was incompetent. She did not know how to work the credit card machine after a couple of attempts and even after calling another store. Only after I told her how to use it it worked. Then she tells me they don’t accept American Express after I had already been charged. The credit card machine clearly states they do. And nothing is posted saying they do not. Then she claims they will be charged $30 for using an American Express card. Absolutely false. At most the charge is $.30 more. I own a business so I am aware. Other than this I was so polite and patient to the staff too on multiple visits to their office. To me $.30 more is not worth it to lose a patient.
I needed to see Dr. Sheril Cherian at the last minute, and she was kind enough to squeeze me in. It’s always a pleasure visiting her — she takes the time to listen and is extremely knowledgeable. Meera at the front desk is also very welcoming and helpful. Wonderful experience overall.
