UPDATE: After posting my review, the office contacted me and accused me of defamation. I felt their message was intimidating, so I’m sharing a screenshot of what they sent. This reflects my personal experience.
Do not go here. I had an extremely frustrating experience with this office. I needed a copy of my prescription and spent weeks emailing, calling, and even going in person. My emails went unanswered, and when I visited, I waited about 15 minutes with no update until I approached the staff myself. I was told the optometrist was “too busy” to release the record and that I’d have to wait until they could ask him.
When I called again during the week, I was told their software “needed to update,” yet they still didn’t release my prescription. After this, the moment I stated that withholding a prescription violates the FTC’s (Federal Trade Commission) Eyeglass/Contact Lens Rule, they suddenly pulled my file in under 5 minutes. That contrast says everything about their priorities.
On top of that, the optometrist convinced me to order my contact lenses through their office because they get a better rate. The rebate ended up being almost $150 less than what he told me. That felt misleading and added to the overall lack of transparency.
Between the delays, the excuses, and the inaccurate pricing information, I cannot recommend this office. Patients deserve honesty and basic professionalism.
