I called and asked if I needed an appointment for contacts and I was told no. After my children’s appointment with Dr. Bulan, we went to the optical and Wanda acted like we were bothering her. She literally told me it was already 4:30pm and she certainly did not want to help us. She had her phone propped up in front of her computer while looking up our benefits. She wasn’t friendly towards my children at all. My daughter has a high prescription and she reacted like it was a big issue for her, while in front of my daughter! I could not believe what was happening. I asked her to return my children’s prescriptions and I let her know that her behavior was unacceptable. She could have cared less. I was not about to put up with her attitude again because I don’t have to. I took my children to My Eye Dr and they had a great experience.

Horrible costumer service. They leave you on hold for 10+ minutes (happened more the once!), than they answered with a "what do you want?".
