I absolutely love this place. We were looking for a new eye doc for our son&this place popped up...We came here&learned sooooo much. They took their time with him, helped explain to us WHY he was having these issues WHAT was causing it& gave us a full education on everything for him&for the future! He finally had the absolute perfect glasses for his eyes, his face, everything. I am so incredibly happy with everybody here and so greatful I found them! Thank you for being so helpful I truly appreciate it!

Unprofessional Practice & Illegal Withholding of Prescription. I had a terrible experience here. They charged $2,400 for contact lenses that typically cost around $800 at reputable places like the University of Houston College of Optometry. Worse, the doctor refused to give me my prescription, claiming I could only buy lenses from them. This is illegal under federal law. Providers are required to give you your prescription after a fitting. Do not go here if you want fair pricing and your legal rights respected. I’ve already filed a complaint with the FTC. Reply: You charged $800 every three months for myopia control contacts, but when we went to the University of Houston, they charged only $1,000 for the entire year. This means you charged us ~3.2 times more. I called four times just to get the prescription, but the office never emailed it. I am posting this to raise awareness among other parents.
I’ve been going to Dr. Fong for a few years. After two years without seeing him, it was like not missing a beat. He is an INCREDIBLY KIND and communicative eye doctor, and always makes sure I understand what’s going on and what he’s looking for. He’s both competent and personable which is hard to find. They’re so thorough at Bright Eye Care, and all the staff are amazing. I sincerely recommend Dr. Fong!
I’ve been a patient of Dr. Fong for many years! His bedside manner is exceptional. Office staff is friendly and efficient! I have recommended my children to him. Thanks Dr. Fong for all you do for me and all your patients.!
I absolutely love, bright eye and vision development! The care team, doctors, and office location are all outstanding. Every interaction whether by phone, text, or in person feels like five star treatment! I highly recommend Bright Eye & Vision Development for your family‘s eye care needs. Here, you’ll be seen, heard and truly value as a patient.
