I called to speak to the optical department. I spoke with Leslie, I explained my situation and told her I had a photo of the glasses I wanted but couldn't make into the office. She said no problem , verified my insurance collected my payment over the phone and was done within 15mins. Her service was a 10/10 positive and very helpful, never felt rushed never meeting her I trusted her input 100%. I look forward to my next purchase. Thank you once again Leslie truly a pleasure. I just want to highlight that i had the best experience with Leslie Pineda, such a wonderful worker super sweet, caring, and understanding. I never do reviews but this woman needs some praise for her working ethics 🙌. Thank you Leslie for being so kind. The people make the place better!

Professionalism, cleanliness and courtesy are my requirements and this location had none of the above! I never got a chance to see a doctor. The last person I saw said "sit here, put your purse there...we'll be right back." I waited several minutes and no one came. I'm not a dog, and don't like demands like I am not human. The words "please" and "thank you" go a long way! Employees need to display cleanliness and courteous attitudes. Not the place for me!!

The girl at the optical placed an order for some frames for my grandpa, she looks slow like she doesn’t know what she is doing she always has an attitude my grandpa clearly ask for an upgrade on his glasses when he received his glasses there was issues with what he order on them they charged him a leg and arm for those glasses, my grandparents try to complain today to the manager Jennifer she is as incompetent as it gets, she just brushed off, my grandparents we’re trying to explain to her what was wrong with the glasses and she kept cutting them off and wouldn’t let them explain to her. She kept arguing with my grandpa going back and forth my grandpa is almost 90 years old, she was rude as hell ! This lady definitely needs more training as a manager she lacks of skills. Definitely wouldn’t recommend visiting this place if that’s how they handle situations especially if you spending you hard earn money.

Unable to keep appointments made and when you change it because they asked you to, Berkeley does not put the appointment in the system. No one in the office could explain what happened or why it happened. I gave them the number I called and when I called. The office here was zero help. Also when I scheduled the appointment Berkeley changed, I was not told I really need two appointments, one for testing and one for results. I came to this location because the Wesylan location left me sitting in a hallway for an hour without telling me they accidently scheduled my test and doc appointment an hour apart. I have got to find another glaucoma doctor.
