Berkeley Eye Center - Tomball

I had a wonderful experience at Berkeley Eye Center in Tomball. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and welcoming. Everyone I interacted with was professional and made me feel comfortable throughout the visit. The eye exam itself was very thorough, and the staff took the time to explain everything as they went along, which I really appreciated. It made the whole process easy to understand and put me at ease. Overall, this was a very positive experience. I felt well cared for and would gladly recommend Berkeley Eye Center in Tomball to anyone looking for quality eye care.

Michelle assisted me in selecting and ordering a pair of glasses. She was extremely friendly and helpful, even though they were short handed and she was the only one working the busy area. This is the second time she has helped me over the years in selecting and ordering. Last time she assisted me, I received so many complements on how my glasses looked. I am sure I will this time as well. Can't wait until they are ready to pick up.

I had an excellent visit at Tomball Berkeley Eye Center. Greeted with kind and welcoming voice at front desk. Paperwork handled effortlessly. Exam was extensive and professional even working through the “ which is better 1or 2, 2 or 3” testing to find the perfect correction. Doctor spent time answering questions and providing information specific to treatment options and recommendations. Check out was extremely professional, polite, respectful and knowledgeable. I can recommend without reservation.

Dr. Miller and the staff at Berkeley Tomball really care about your vision! I have been going there for 5yrs and the quality of service has always been superb. At the retail eye glass side, Michelle gives great and caring service in getting your choice of lenses sized correctly. I will continue to use these guys!

We recently visited Berkeley Eye Institute, Tomball for my daughter’s contact lens appointment, and we had a wonderful experience. The staff provided great service and took excellent care of my daughter throughout the visit. She felt very comfortable and truly loved the experience. Their follow-up care has also been prompt and reassuring. Highly recommend this location for anyone looking for professional, caring, and friendly eye care.
