Eye Doctor Inside Costco

Dr. Victoria Nguyen is truly an exceptional doctor. From the moment I walked in, the entire experience was smooth and welcoming. The front staff was incredibly accommodating and even helped get me in for a same-day appointment, which I really appreciated. Dr. Nguyen herself is personable, kind, and genuinely cares about her patients. She took the time to listen, answer all my questions, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the visit. She explained everything about contact lenses—she made sure I understood how to use them, care for them, and what to expect. They even did a trial run with me, they provided me with great tips on how I can put them on and take them off. Highly recommended this office!!

I was super nervous going to a new eye doctor so I was dreading to get my new prescription sunglasses and eyeglasses but when I did receive them I was very impressed on how Doctor Nguyen was able to get definitely more clarity out of my eyes or whatever word to use here but I am very happy. Dr Nguyen was very personable down to earth and pleasant I couldn't ask for a better experience I definitely will be coming back to get all my eye issues done with her. I can't leave out the staff they were great as well very personable.

I had a fantastic experience at Focal Point Eye Care. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Dr. Victoria Nguyen was very personable and knowledgeable. I’ll definitely be going back. The only issue I had was finding the location. So FYI, it is at the COSTCO building, towards the right side of the entrance. My gps kept taking me to the bank close to COSTCO and Apple Maps only showed me other locations.

Came to visit for the first time with my significant other, the front staff assistants and the optometrist were extremely well spoken, patient, and most of all caring while assisting us with insurance concerns/questions, pricing, & scheduling. 10 out of 10 for exceptional professionalism toward us and other clients walking in and out. My partner & I say Thank You to Dr. Emmy, Andrea & Kaitlyn.

Great staff with great care. My wife and I went spring 2025 and through normal conversation Dr Nguyen was able to diagnose my wife and give her prism lenses to stop her migraines.
