Berkeley eye center was great. As a new patient they were able to get me an appointment in a few days. The time they spent with me made me feel at home. They answered all my questions and explained in detail everything. Shout out to Abi for being patient with me.

Berkeley eye center in Brenham is the place to go. Very friendly people. Abi is the person who made the most impact to my visit, She has a bright smile and outgoing personality. Her smile immediately puts you at ease. Her professionalism and calming demeanor was welcomed as she guided me through the various steps of the exam. Left the exam with a great taste of her abilities. I highly recommend the Berkeley team
After 11 years of going to another eye clinic and receiving mediocre attention, I was pleasantly surprised on my first vist to Berkley Eye Center with the friendly and professional staff's presentation. I immediately felt at home and relaxed. Now for the even best part of my experience! I had an unexpected short wait after arriving and was quickly invited in to the examinaion room. My exam was not hurried and all my questions and concerns were fully addressed with clarity and respect. No one at Berkely tried to sell me anything and was completely transparent. Admittedly, I was impressed with every aspect of my visit. I rarely make personal recommendations for any business, however they are most definetly deserving of one. They went above and beyond in make me feel that I was receiving the best professional care and attention. Thank you for the opportunity to share my experience.
I went their just to get a new prescription. That my insurance would pay for. They told me I could not get a prescription unless they did some other test. Witch cost me $55.#. Which I paid. Then I get a bill from them for $40.00. They Billed my insurance for Macular degeneration. In witch I do no not have!!! And for this I have to pay $40.00 copayment. I guess this is how they get more money from the insurance company's. But it also cost me. I called the number on the response they gave me after this post. I was given a # to call. It went to a voice mail. And I give the Office manager my # to call me back. No response. I guess I will just pay them another $40.00 and learn a lesson. I will never go back to Berkeley eye center again.
