Great staff very accommodating! The dr was great and very thorough with his assessment, made me feel at ease, and then Lucy really stood out for her overall work ethic and helped me choose the perfect pair of glasses, I will always go here! The staff are always courteous, friendly and kind. I hope! I get the names correctly. Greeting you is Amanda, with a smile. Danae performed the testing before you see the dr. She is thorough and explains the procedures. There is also Meredith, Lucy and Roxy. All the ladies smile, greet you, explain and answer your questions and ask if you have any. And not the least - Dr. B - he’s the best. This is The place for all your eye needs - exams, glasses, etc.
The Berkeley Eye Center in Huntsville is great! Everyone was super nice and pleasant from the time I walked in to the time I walked out! The doctor here, Dr Brumbelow, is magnificent! He's jolly and has a good sense humor. Dr Brumbelow isn't rushed. He takes his time to make sure everything is just so, and that you understand it all. He's great and goes above and beyond! He makes you feel very comfortable and relaxed! Shout out to Dr Brumbelow and his staff, Amanda, Roxy, Meredith, and Lucy! You all are so awesome!
I absolutely love Berkeley Eye Center in Huntsville! From the moment I walked in, the entire team made me feel incredibly welcomed and took amazing care of me. A huge thank you to Dr. Brumbelow and his wonderful staff—Amanda, Roxy, and Lucy. They were all so thorough throughout my visit. It’s rare to find a medical office where people truly take the time to listen and answer every single question without making you feel rushed, but that is exactly what they did here. If you are looking for professional, compassionate eye care, I can't recommend this place enough!
My visit with Berkeley Eye Center Huntsville was fantastic! I was very early to my appointment and was immediately taken to the back to start my exam. Meredith was very efficient and professional in doing the pre-exam of my eyes. She explained everything she was doing every step of the way. Dr. Brumbelow was pleasant, professional and detailed in explaining everything about my eyes. He understood what I wanted and gave great suggestions.
