I called on a Saturday as a new patient with an urgent need. They told me just to come in and they'd fit me in. They were kind and helpful. They put me at ease and treated me immediately. I'd recommend them to everybody!
Dr. Sara was absolutely amazing! Five stars all the way. From the moment I walked in, the office was clean, welcoming, and everyone was so friendly. She took the time to really listen and make sure my prescription was right, and I can honestly say my new glasses are SO comfortable. I worked all day at the computer today with zero headaches or eye strain, which is huge for me. They also had really cool technology called BioAge, which scans the eyes to evaluate how your blood vessels are aging. I thought it was fascinating because it can give insight into overall vascular health and how it may impact things like your heart, brain, and kidneys. It made the exam feel incredibly modern and thorough. Highly recommend Berlin Eyecare Associates!
The team at Berlin eye care associates is terrific. Dr’s. Nick and Sara are wonderful. As a family business, they treat you as part of their extended family. Dr Nick took the time to review his findings and help me understand my treatment options. They’ve made me the best pair of glasses I’ve ever had and will be my eye care home for life. This practice is top notch! I took my elderly mom there the other day, and everyone treated her so well! They were professional, friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and very thorough. Dr. McArthur, Theresa, and Rachel were amazing!

What makes them stand out is their holistic approach - they tell you all the things eye health can reveal about other issues or ailments and truly care about their patients wellbeing.
