I had an excellent experience at this optical shop! The optician Bridget was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to help me find the perfect pair of eyeglasses. They listened to what I was looking for, explained my options clearly, and made the entire process easy and enjoyable. Doctor took time explaining test results. Didn’t feel rushed, was treated with respect and kindness. From wait time to being seen was superb. Would definitely use this doctor again.

Prompt, kind and thorough service. The office is very will appointed and the equipment is very up to date and clean. I am always happy to visit and feel well cared for the entire time. Highly recommend.

Staff is nice enough, but my vision insurance is great and they told me I had to buy upgraded lenses because they’re “standard.” My copay is $20 and they tried to charge me $85 plus tax, plus extras and extras that I didn’t ask for. So I should have been able to buy my frames for $40, and my lenses for $20. The told me my total would be $200. NO thanks.
