Husband and I have visited Berri and her devoted staff for almost 5 years. Dr. Flaig and her current team Rachel, Hope and Shawnda are sooo professional and caring. I’d never been helped as much in other eye clinics as I’ve been here. I moved from California and settled in Ohio. The care and time this clinic gives to patients is unbeatable. Great professionals. I met with Dr. Bernard for an annual eye exam and she was wonderful. She spent ample time discussing my test results at a level of detail that I appreciated while still being very thorough in her assessment. I was very impressed.
The staff at the entrance is very friendly. Dr. Flaig has helped me find a prescription that has got me seeing clearer than I have had in awhile! I would recommend them if you’re looking for a great experience.
Dr Bernard is always very patient and thorough. Explaining results, conditions, etc. clearly and making sure we leave confident in our care. We appreciate her and her staff’s wonderful attention given.
