Every time I visit this office, I’m treated with professionalism and friendliness. Dr. Kirstein, goes the extra mile. He even trains students ensuring they learn their jobs properly. Recently, I came to pick up my eyeglasses. Tiffany was very helpful in fitting them well. The office is attractive. Restroom was clean. Prices are affordable.

I asked for an explanation of my prescription and what it means for my vision. The only answer I received was, "You would fail the vision test for your driver's license." That wasn't what I was asking. I asked again in different ways and I wanted to understand my prescription, how strong it is, what the numbers mean, and how it affects my vision. Being told I would fail a driver's license vision test does not explain any of that. I knew that before going to the office! That's why I wear glasses. They said "that's not how we do it." You don't know how the prescription works? Hilarious! I find it frustrating that an office can perform an eye exam and sell glasses but cannot provide a basic explanation of the prescription they are giving patients. Understanding your own vision should be a normal part of the exam experience.

Dr. Kirstein has been my eye doctor for more than 30 years. I have always received professional, conscientious services from Harpers Point. I would recommend them to anyone. Dr. Kirstein recommended I get Lasik surgery more than 20 years ago and taking his advice was one of the best decisions I ever made. Forever grateful.
