I experienced in and out service period the place is stunning....and the staff Superior! I go really early in the morning so maybe that's why I'm not having any issues with wait time and I'm seeing Dr Yackey. I love her!

I'm going to update my review for the retina center at the Landings in Blue Ash. I drove my Dad to his appointment with Dr. Yackey, since his eyes would be dilated. There is no problem with Dr. Yackey, but the wait times are atrocious. Are they over-scheduling? There were people who had been waiting for more than two hours, including us. There was an elderly woman who wondered if there was a place to lay down. Nobody in there seemed to acknowledge the long wait times, or to explain why. My Dad and I joked that someone they called for may have passed away. My Dad's eyes are in good shape. Please tell me why I should ever bring him again, and if anyone even reads these reviews.
I was seen urgently for a detached retina seen during a routine eye exam at the VA eye clinic. I was provided excellent care by Dr. Shughoury and the staff at CEI. They identified the problem and provided me with a laser treatment to seal off the problematic area. I was, I am sure, a challenging patient because anything to do with my eyes freaks me out a little. But Dr. Shughoury was patient and took excellent care of me. Thank you!
Horrible customer service and professionalism . They sent me to collections without ever sending me a bill. Then want $800 for a 5 min office visit with no testing done. I have called 5 times and left 3 voice mails and no one will call me back. Also unprofessional as during my 5 min office visit the doctor told me he was leaving the practice and wait several months and come see him in Dayton. There is no way to talk to a real person to resolve the billing issue. Only a call center overseas that says to call back later when a manager is in. I’m calling during the regular 9-5!!
Last Sunday morning I noticed a troubling change in the vision in my right eye. Not realizing how serious the issue was I took care of other matters before calling CEI late Monday morning. My description of my experience was sufficient to enable them to recognize the threat to my vision and they were able to squeeze me in to see two different specialists that afternoon, who were able to begin restoring my vision. While I may have just been lucky to get such treatment I believe it was due to an extraordinary commitment to patient care. Although I have probably lost some of the vision in my right eye, I am extremely grateful that the people at CEI were there when I needed them.
