When parking, a Walmart employee drove a row of carts into my vehicle. Since he was operating a machine with a motor, the carts made a dent and damaged my bumper. The cart was jammed into my vehicle. I received no help from the workers; the manager came out yelling, and the officer on duty also joined the crowd around my car. While my kids were crying in the car! Completely disgusting behavior. No incident report was written, and all employees returned to the store without a resolution. Reporting to corporate. My attorney will be reaching out.

I want to shout out to Darell. He was a cart person I asked about getting a mobile cart as I'm in a cast right now. He stopped what he was doing and went across to the other side of the store to bring me a fully charged mobile cart. He was so polite and helpful and I hope his bosses see this review.
I'm only putting one star for the manager who was very apologetic for her worker lack of professionalism. She also walked me to the door because of an uncomfortable & scary situation with one of the customer. One of the workers were too busy talking to her coworker and laughing that she didn't acknowledge me calling her for help for minutes. After finally getting her attention she walks over to me and says, you didn't have to roll your eyes. Disgusting... distasteful... unprofessional & tacky.
Was trying to leave the lot after shopping, Walmart worker was walking in the middle of the lane in front of the Front door. Just kept walking and would not move. When I finally honked my horn , he gave me the Finger and still kept blocking the road. Just kept both hands behind his back and kept giving me the Finger. He has very long hair and usually works by the front door. No customer should have to tolerate this behavior from an Employee. Tried to call store, of course no answer. Only one who finally answered was e Pharmacist and said he couldn't do anything. Do You have Phone service in your store?? If so no one answerers. I worked for the 1st store ever in Springfield and was in charge of the Cash Office and CASHIER'S. THIS WOULD HAVE NEVER Y TOLERATED .

Called store waited on phone for 1hr then got appointment at original time. Told the employee that app was not functioning and pretty much got told not their problem they had noting to do with app
