I have been a patient /customer of Vision Care Associates for approx. 30 years. The staff has always been great to work with from setting up appointments to the tedious task of sellecting frames. Dr. Michael Bruce has provied the highest level eye care while ensuring customers are receiveing most current eye wear products available. Thank You !!

I would like to give a very high approval satisfaction rate for Heidi. She is awesome. She was very prepared. She is most helpful. She had very good suggestions. I just can't say enough good things about her. She's wonderful and she deserves a raise or a promotion whatever is available I highly recommend her for it.

I received excellent care. All of the staff are friendly, efficient, and professional. Everything was explained and all questions answered. The wonderful gentleman from the onsite lab took care of replacing my lens in just minutes. I am definitely making Vision Care Associates my "go to" place for eye exams and glasses.

The Staff was very well organized and all information was explained thoroughly. The flow was very smooth and all prelim testing was performed flawlessly. Dr. Waller was pleasant and knowledgable. She exained each test performed and why she was doing as much as well as what these examinations told her about my sight. I left the office with total confidence in my evaluation and I trust that future visits will be as informative.

We had such a great experience at Vision Care Associates on N. Grand in Springfield! I had to take my 5-year-old son in for an eye exam before starting Kindergarten, and I was honestly a little nervous about how he’d handle it- but they were absolutely wonderful. From the moment we walked in, the staff was friendly, patient, and so good with kids. They really knew how to put him at ease. He’s usually pretty anxious with new experiences, but he stayed calm the entire time, which says a lot. One of the best parts was the option (about $40 out of pocket) to take pictures of his eyes instead of using the machine that blows puffs of air. That was a total game-changer! No stress; no fear, and it completely changed how he felt about the whole visit. He also loved getting to sit in the big chair and look through the binocular-style equipment (with the butterfly wings!), which made the exam feel more fun than scary. And the prize box at the end was the perfect finishing touch. Overall, such a positive experience. If you have kids and need an eye doctor, I would definitely recommend bringing them here!
