My experience with this establishment was exceptional! There was no wait time, and the customer service was excellent from start to finish. Communication was great, and the entire process was smooth and stress-free. She was very down-to-earth, welcoming, and had such a joyful spirit, which made the experience even better. I truly appreciated the quality of service I received and would highly recommend this establishment to anyone in need of an eye exam and glasses!

I was worried about going to this business because of poor reviews however I was treated wonderfully. The optometrist was very friendly and answered all of my questions. The gal at the front was absolutely wonderful she helped me get the most out of my insurance so that I could get both my glasses and contacts covered. I highly recommend

I had an appointment set for 11:15 AM got there early to fill up paperwork and waited over an hour and I wasn’t even in. I asked for a restroom and she said no we don’t have anyone you’ll have to go to Walgreens across the parking lot so after an hour, I cancel my appointment, I actually told her that I didn’t see any sense on giving me a time for my appointment. When an hour later I wasn’t even in. I will never go there again.
