I enjoyed my visit for a routine checkup. It was my first time going to Harman Eye Center, and I will definitely be back! Everyone was so friendly and professional. They created a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere, which I greatly appreciated.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! The Farmville office has the nicest staff and my appointment was actually on time. The doctor was extremely thorough and made sure I understood everything, good and bad, about my eyes. I can’t say enough great things about everyone at that office.
The eye exam went textbook. Could not have asked for better staff. Everyone was so friendly and helpful which made it a quick and easy appointment. My glasses came in faster than I expected which was a huge bonus, and picking them up was only a 5 minute visit. 10/10 would recommend Harman Eye Center to Everyone.
I took my son here 2 years ago and the doctor at the time did his prescription wrong. We got it rechecked and it was still incorrect, so we ended up going to a different eye doctor. At the time, there was no optician, so we had no choice but to get glasses elsewhere. Since then, that eye doctor retired, and a new one came in. My son decided to try the new eye doctor. The doctor herself was very personable and easy to talk to. After the exam, Harman Eye Center didn't have any frames that my son liked as most seemed to be women's designs. When he said that he was not interested and we'd order them somewhere else, the optician became short with him and rude. The new glasses came in and they were "pulling" on his eyes and was giving him headaches. When I called to see about a recheck given (the same) prior experiences, the operator was very rude and transferred me to the local office. I had to leave a voicemail and no one returned my call. We ended up going to a different eye doctor again, and the prescription is now correct as there is no pulling sensation and no headaches.
I had initially gave 5 stars and the staff was GREAT however these past two days I’ve been calling to pick up my glasses and no one has been in the office. I was just told it’s a possibility of someone being in on Friday but not sure and they don’t know on a day to day bases when the office will be open. It’s just unacceptable to not notify your patients or make other arrangements. As much money as I had paid for my glasses, I would LOVE TO HAVE THEM
