From the moment I walked into Bessemer Family Eye Care Center, I felt welcomed! Even though it was my very first visit, Dr. Morgan and her entire staff made me feel like family. Everyone was so kind, friendly, and genuinely cared about making my experience a great one. I especially appreciated how they took the time to talk with me, smile, and help me choose my glasses. I was incredibly indecisive (it took me about 45 minutes!), but they were so patient and each person gave their honest opinion, which made the decision so much easier. I finally narrowed it down to two pairs thanks to their help! The entire office has a warm, inviting atmosphere with an amazing team that truly enjoys what they do. If you’re looking for excellent eye care paired with outstanding customer service, I highly recommend Bessemer Family Eye Care Center. I’ll definitely be back!

From the front door to the back, this business rocks! Meeting Ashley at the front desk to the Doctor in the back was exceptional great and meeting them was a pleasure with my wife and I they were extremely talented, polite and courteous to us. Just want to thank them for the professionalism and being friendly to us. Service was great.

This was my first visit to Bessemer Family Eye Care and I had a wonderful experience. Everyone was friendly, was welcoming, and addressed my every need. I definitely recommend this place for your next eye care appt.

The receptionist greeted us upon arrival, answered and helped us with questions. The office was clean and good atmosphere. Everyone was very helpful and the exam did not take all day. I would refer them to anyone who’s looking for great eye care.
