Unprofessional, rude and 0 patient care. Horrible office! From front desk staff to Dr. Ted Du himself, shocking this place operates this way legally. Dr. Du is extremely rude, aggressive, disrespectful and rushed the whole appointment, all he cares about is charging your insurance right away. His behavior towards a patient was shocking. He did not take the time to check my eyes correctly or even ask why I came in. I had ruptured blood vessels, to the point my whole eye is filled with red and dark blood, swelling and extremely painful around the eye and half my face. This man tells me the pain I feel is psychological and its all in my head? I feel a sharp needles inside and around my eye, my face is swollen. He says there is nothing to do and go home. I tried to speak with him and explain my PAIN and what I was feeling and worried for my eye, he literally told me to leave and appointment is over. Yet he is quick to charge my insurance for a uncompleted and unacceptable full appointment. I will be filing a complaint with my insurance, something is VERY WRONG here!!! DO NOT recommend! Stay away!

Dr. Du is very kind and patient. My son has been enrolled in the myopia management program at his clinic, and we’ve seen noticeable improvement great results. The assistants are incredibly friendly too. We truly appreciate the care and attention Dr. Du provides.

The front desk staff were shockingly rude and extremely unprofessional. As soon as they heard me speaking Mandarin, they switched to Cantonese and started making negative comments about me to each other right in front of my face. Just because I don’t speak Cantonese fluently doesn’t mean I can’t understand what you’re saying. That behavior is disrespectful and completely inappropriate. This is a healthcare facility. Patients come here because they are not feeling well and deserve to be treated with basic human decency. Instead, the front desk staff act like they’re annoyed that patients even exist. What’s worse is that this wasn’t just directed at me. I watched them treat other patients with the same cold, dismissive attitude. No greeting, no empathy, just a constant sour expression and zero sense of professionalism. If you choose to work in healthcare, the bare minimum is to treat patients with respect. Unfortunately, the front desk here seems to have forgotten that completely.

Great experience for my child who doesn’t have any issues with first OK lens - an alternative to traditional eyeglasses.

The front desk is welcoming and efficient, and the doctor takes time to patiently answer all questions and concerns. Appointments are well organized and run on time.
