I had my first appt last week with Dr. Link, he was extremely knowledgable and gave a more thorough exam than I have ever had. I explained how I was unable to get a progressive at my last dr in what I thought might be a weird request as I had spent so much money and was unable to achieve the correct prescription. He assured me not only was it doable but not problem at all! But the true stars of this experience were Anne, Hope and Becky. Dr. Link obviously values the people who work with him because they are AMAZING! From the first call with Hope to discussing glasses / scripts / everything in between these ladies are truly OUTSTANDING. A complete passion for what they do and THE BEST glasses selection around. Becky has curated a collection that is beautiful and interesting... this place needs to be checked out. You would never know this showroom existed in this little office in Bethel. AND not only didn't they shy away from doing the weirder frames I brought to them they assured me how wonderful their lab was. I had them back in days and THEY ARE PERFECT! Bethel Eye for the WIN!

Dr. Link is incredibly knowledgeable and thorough. He never rushes through an exam and always takes the time to really listen to your concerns. Truly a wonderful doctor. If you’re new to wearing contacts, his wife is just as patient and detailed - she makes the whole learning process so much easier. She also has a fantastic selection of reasonably priced & high quality frames and genuinely loves helping you find the perfect pair of glasses. The turnaround time for both glasses and contacts is impressively quick, too. The entire staff is friendly, welcoming, and clearly knows what they’re doing. Highly recommend!

I’m beyond grateful to have found Bethel Eye Care. I’ve been to many eye doctors since childhood, and my prescription never felt right, It always seemed like a money grab. Every time I went back, my prescription would drastically change and I never felt truly seen. I even tried an eye doctor at Yale, and still, I wasn’t satisfied. Dr. Link is the go to expert for prisms. He genuinely listens and gets it right, something I’ve never experienced before. His wife Becky is also incredibly sweet and helpful, making the whole experience feel personal and cared for. I’m moving out of state soon, but I’ll keep coming back to Connecticut just for them. Amazing Doctor! He was really booked up. My appointment was April 23 and that was like 2months out. Needless to say the very next day I got a phone call from them asking me to come in to see him at 9:30am instead of waiting 2 months. I hate anyone messing with my eyes or mouth and I was so comfortable. He was extremely friendly and funny. So glad my aunt told me about him!!!!!!

Dr. Link and staff are caring, friendly and knowledgeable people who are very good at what they do. I’ve been a patient for well over ten years and highly recommend it. One tip - it can be tough to get a bear-term appointment because they are busy, so book as far ahead as you can.
