Treated right away. Seated and did not wait long at all. Everyone in the office was friendly and helpful. My pre check was great the nurse was very caring and carful to listen to me. Highly Recommend – Wonderful Eye Doctor! I recently visited Dr. Antonova for the first time in 10 years and couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel completely comfortable and at ease. She is incredibly nice, patient, and easy-going, which is exactly what you want when you haven’t had your eyes checked in a long time! She took the time to thoroughly explain everything, answered all of my questions without rushing, and clearly knows her field very well. I left the appointment feeling confident, informed, and genuinely cared for. It’s rare to find a doctor who combines such strong expertise with a warm, approachable personality. If you’re looking for an excellent eye doctor, I highly recommend Dr. Antonova. I’ll definitely be back!
I made a bee line to these reviews to let everyone know that Healthcare Customer Service is dwindling! I’m new to this practice but it’s always the same story. How many out there know what I mean when I say check in staff across the world seem like they hate people! So it’s my turn…no other people in front or in back of me to check in. I start speaking going into a few details and the woman looks right past me to a gentleman and started speaking to him. Did not say excuse me my coworker will continue because I was waiting for something like that! Not the blatant dismissal. ( Her story will be different I’m sure) I was so infuriated I wanted to cancel my appointment because it was humiliating. So I decided to come back because I needed my child to be looked at. It was as if I offended them somehow! …”.do you wanna stay or go?” I was asked! Like what! ” Oh I was gonna continue checking you in but you left” she’s says. The opportunity to make this right was the moment the clerk rudely intercepted my turn. Not after I get upset and want to leave! You can tell when you’re being talked about and I feel the office has labeled me “nasty” when in fact it’s the other way around. I won’t stand for it and I hope I never have to come back…even though the physicians are lovely.
Everyone was so wonderful!! I was happy to come back, I was there long time ago with my children. They don’t take my insurance at the time. Now they take my insurance for medical reasons only which I am very happy!! Thank you to everyone at that office.
Absolutely the best experience I have ever had at an ophthalmologist's office. The staff was courteous and helpful. Dr. Zuckerman explained in detail all procedures available to me. He is extremely knowledgeable, kind and caring. Cannot rave enough about Dr. Zuckerman. I have made appointments with the doctor for members of my family
