I can’t say enough great things about Cohen’s Fashion Optical in Danbury, CT! After many years of struggling with prescriptions that were never quite right, Tommy was able to get it perfect in just a few minutes. Tommy’s genuine passion for helping customers see better truly shows in his work. I highly recommend Tommy for anyone in need of prescription eyewear—you won’t be disappointed! The entire staff (Cheryl and Cleda) was incredibly welcoming and helpful. Cheryl, in particular, assisted me with my contact lens appointment and was so patient throughout the whole process. Her ability to teach different techniques for putting in contacts is phenomenal—she made what seemed intimidating feel so simple! I highly recommend Cohen’s, especially for anyone getting contacts for the first time.

Absolutely amazing experience at this location! Everyone was super friendly. Cheryl helped me get a same day appointment and worked around my schedule for the day! Monica was super helpful and patient with me with picking out the glasses and choosing the lenses. And Tommy made the whole experience with the exam easy and less stressful and was really open with communication. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience here.

Wow, excellent customer service! My 13 year old daughter lost her glasses off a boat and we didn’t have a spare! My partner called up and Tommy was so accommodating, putting aside her prescription lenses so we could come in and pick out frames (even though we weren’t even prior customers!)At the last minute we pivoted though, and decided to go for contact lenses since we had been thinking of trying them for a while. Without any prior appointment, they made the time and Cheryl spent an hour helping my daughter learn how to use the contacts. She was so patient and genuine, quickly easing my girl’s anxieties and self-doubts. She ended up successful and so happy in the end! Thank you so much to Tommy and Cheryl!! We will definitely being seeing you for our future eye appointments!

Thank you Cheryl and Monica for helping us repair a pair of glasses that were squashed on the side, and recommending the best next steps for taking care of another pair of glasses. We felt very taken care of and would definitely come back another time!

Incredible store. I had Ray-Bans that could not be fixed by Sunglass Hut(the same company owns both brands), and on a whim walked into Cohens Optical at the Danbury Mall, and they had a screw that fit and charged me nothing. Please support this business!
