WOW! I am so impressed! I am a brand new patient to Dr.Lauren Yoon. Her warmth and kindness in evaluating my vision was not only thorough, but she took her time, listened to my concerns and reassure me regarding my eye health. With decades of tenure in her expertise, Dr. Yoon clearly still loves what she does, and her enthusiasm was contagious! The entire practice was so friendly and helpful! From my initial call and speaking with Terrance; his professionalism, kindness and friendliness was so appealing! He even called me back immediately, as there was a cancellation and I was dealing with severe headaches! He listened to my need, and made me his priority in being evaluated and treated. Christine spent time to help me identify the right fit, color and style of my new glasses, and again, she was such a delight! Made me feel like I was important, and gave me her undivided time and attention. She is super kind as well and was empathetic to what I was experiencing. Today, I returned to pick up my new pair of glasses, and was greeted by three beautiful smiles and sincere interest to helping me as soon as I walked in! They complimented how my new glasses looked on, followed by reassurance, and if I needed anything at all- adjustments made, etc., that is all part of what you can experience as a patient of Dr. Wong & Associates! Customer service, kindness & bedside manner of this caliber is so worthy of recognition and praise! Thank you for making my experience from start to finish so incredibly excellent! I just left Dr. Wongs office, and I must say A Very Happy Man! I recently developed a problem with my left eye after washing my face with my hands. ??? Everyone, including my go to doctor/author friend in AZ thought that I had torn my retina. As it turned out Dr. Wong performed an extremely thorough examination and pronounced that I had actually created a dent in the back of my eye. He said that it would take a few months to normalize however, no serious or permanent damage had been done. It has been a rough and stressful year and I just felt like “Here we go again”. 🙄 I cannot thank Dr. Wong enough for taking the stress spike out of this situation. I highly recommend his practice and will remain ever thankful to him. He also accepted my Aetna Medicare insurance as full payment with no deductible. Ya gotta/gonna love this guy!

They take the time to explain everything clearly and genuinely care about your comfort and understanding. It’s evident that the team at Dr. Wong’s is committed to providing top-notch care. I have been a patient of Dr. Wong & Associates for several years and I have been very satisfied with the quality of the service. In a time in which customer service has more frequently become a contradiction in terms, Christine M.'s work ethic is a reminder of what all who interact with the public should strive to achieve... Wow! Dr. Wong and his partners are the absolute best. I went to Dr. Yoon about 4 years ago when she was at LensCrafters, and found myself this morning with an eye infection. They were SO kind, and absolutely accommodating, squeezing me in for an appointment right away. Dr. Yoon has the perfect bedside manner, and is on time, efficient, and one of the nicest and most capable doctors I've found. I highly recommend Dr. Wong's office. Dr. Yoon is amazing, and the rest of the staff is, too!
