I had the best experience with Donna and Jason at this location. They were beyond helpful, kind and truly went above and beyond. I came all the way from NYC after breaking my glasses and they helped me not only fix my glasses, but also provided me with temporary contact lenses to help me get by in the meantime. I would highly recommend this location to anyone. 10/10 service and overall great experience!

The staff there aren’t polite they should said oh what can I do for you? Or even they should try to be friendly, they all seems to be very busy just talking between ( coworkers ) I said am not happy with the poor information I got from the lady who is at first place on your right once you enter at the location , also the guy who speaks Spanish he start to speak only English even they were told that I need to speak on my mother tongue language. They all so rude nobody shows any patience or kindness at the location, I don’t understand how people put 5 stars if they don’t deserve very poor information they only care about make money

Went in for new bifocal glasses / eye testing. 1 - I was clear for 10 millimeters high bifocal line . 2 - New glasses were 13 ml high taking to much lens space. 3 - reading settings was @ 7 “ distance (new one)Normal is 13-15“ as per counter person ?! I was very clear about my requests .Also they had only 7” rulers. I brought my own ruler. Then they said I need to see doc in two weeks or so or go to Watertown ct. 45min away 1 1/2 hrs round trip plus my time & gas use I ASKED FOR A FULL REFUND ON THE SPOT @ pick up. THEY TRUYED NOT to reimbursed DOC VISIT COST. BUTTON line pour communication & not listening - grasping the words I used. Peace. ;-).

I came in for an adjustment and pickup of some new glasses. Jason greeted me as soon as I walked in. I’ve been purchasing glasses my entire 60 years and know one has ever told me that I’ve been purchasing glasses with too long of temples and that’s why I always have problems with the glasses slipping down my nose. Jason was amazing!! He was able to shorten the temples/arms right while I sat there and thy are perfect!! Great place and people! Big selection of glasses. Seriously he went out of his way and I’m very grateful ☺️

I went to this place on Tuesday to have an exam. The receptionist was on the phone for over 20 minutes while I was at the counter waiting to be seen. He was incredibly rude to me for not speaking English, and didn't even bother to call someone who spoke Portuguese to help me. I took time off work to go for the exam. My sister speaks English, and I offered to help by translating via video call, but he refused my request and they wouldn't assist me. I was there paying; I wasn't getting anything for free! I don't recommend this clinic if you don't speak their language! (Se você não fala inglês, não vá a essa clínica!!)
