Please read before you have to go through what I had to. I decided to go to this place for an eye exam since I switched insurance providers. I initially went in for my exam right before my insurance coverage renewed which I am grateful they could get me in. Note this was December 28th. My trail contacts came in 2 weeks later which is perfectly fine since I had specialized contacts. Here's where this nightmare begins. My contacts didn't fit right the first time so they ordered a second trail pair just in case. The second case worked to my surprise. To add context, this is my first ever google review, that's how insanely upset I am about this entire experience. I'm writing this review March 21, my contacts came in literally a week ago. The unprofessionalism by the front desk person ( I can't remember her name) is the worst I have EVER experienced from a doctors office, which would be think has some type of urgency. She NOT ONCE would return my call in over 3 months that I had to wait for my contacts to finally come in. I called and messaged the number, maybe over 20 times with no response to just get AN UPDATE. To add insult to injury, she shipped them to my house so it would take longer instead of me going to pick them up because she couldn't face me. Now if you think I'm lying, please look at the other reviews who mention the same issues with the front desk worker. I WOULD LIKE ME MENTION, the doctor was absolutely amazing. Hope this helps anyone.

If anyone is considering going here. Go anywhere else... This office is like nothing else. I was charged fees on top of fees. The attitude from the "technician" was absurd. I kept trying to give them the benefit of the doubt. And I ended up with glasses that don't fit, charged a huge amount of money. Never ever again. Quick edit just to be completely transparent: The physician performing the eye exam was great. Nothing against them. The office staff were horrendous.

Bethel Vision has always been our family’s optometrist! Even now I was having changes within my sight. Floaties Dr Scmelmzer got me in right away and she did a thorough exam and relieved me of any worries!unfortunately it is just normal from aging and was not a sign of anything more serious. I’d highly recommend Bethel Vision to my friends and family ! So if you are in need of Eyecare please check them out you will not be disappointed!

This used to be a great place to get eye care but I haven't been able to get ahold of anyone to set up an appointment. For a while the phone would just ring and ring, no one would pick up and there was no way to leave a message. Then finally, I received an automated message to send a text and they would call me back. Great, I did that. Turns out they're closed on Fridays and Mondays. When I followed up on both Tuesday and Wednesday and they still didn't get back to me I decided to take my business elsewhere.

Best eye care in NW Columbus. We have been coming here for 2 decades and throughout Dr Jordan and now his associate eye doctor have been and are amazing in communication, thorough application of the techniques/technology, and selection of eye care products.
