I’ve been a customer of Eyeglass Wearhouse for about 10 years. I’ve found the sales folks to be very knowledgeable and their pricing to be fair. I’m also really impressed with their optometrist, Dr. Rheanna Moore. She’s one of the best doctors this 60 year old guy has ever seen. Highly recommend this business and this doctor.
Honestly, I can’t recommend this place enough. It’s a bit of a mission to get here across town by 5:00 PM, but it is well worth the rush. Huge shoutout to Erin, she is seriously the best. Not only is she super friendly, but she really knows her stuff. I’m always indecisive with frames, and her suggestions and guidance really helpful. You can tell she actually cares about you finding the right pair, not just making a sale. If you need new glasses, go see Erin!
Most pleasant eye doctor/optician/eye shopping experience ive ever had. Dr. Moore and Erin are a fantastic tandem and make you feel comfortable through the entire process. No high pressure sales. From the eye exam to purchasing they were caring, friendly, and willing to answer any questions. They even encourage you to shop around if you dont like their price. Although I'm posting a review under my business account, I have to give five stars to Tony and his team at Eyeglass Wearhouse. I actually drove 2 hours from Akron based on a recommendation and the online reviews. I was not disappointed. The selection of frames was very up-to-date, and Tony knew the type of variable-gradient lenses on my current glasses. He matched me up with a similar-but-better type of lens, and after wearing the new glasses now for 3 weeks, I see better than ever! Oh, the pricing is very fair, and actually better than my last pair. Wherever you are, Eyeglass Wearhouse is worth the drive!
