Came here based off a recommendation from a friend as I was not getting great care at places like VisionWorks. Dr. Gilmore was very thorough. Was probably the most in depth exam I've had. The staff from beginning to end were very helpful with ordering contacts, glasses and scheduling appts!
I am always impressed with Dr. Gilmore and the entire staff. Have been going there for many years, my most recent appointment for a yearly eye exam was January 29th. Their professionalism and care is top notch.
I recently had an appointment here with Dr. Gilmore and I have to say that it was probably one of the most thorough eye exams I’ve had! Dr. Gilmore (as well as the rest of the team), explain everything very well and aim to do what’s best for you as their patient. I received my glasses early as I was in desperate need of some, and I feel like that sums up what type of office this is! I am a new patient here and I was very glad that I chose them when my previous eye doctors office closed. Dr Gilmore takes good care of me the staff is very friendly and the offices and waiting rooms are very clean. I am very happy with the care that I am getting from the doctor and the staff.
I drove to their office to sign a release form for my records which they did not send to the neuro-ophthalmologist. I had little faith that they would send thee records based on the poor interaction I had with woman that took my phone call
