I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with the care and service I have received at AdvantageCare Physicians (ACPNY) in Bethpage under the care of Dr. Rattan. I became a new patient in March to address urgent endocrinology and weight issues. Following my initial appointment, I promptly completed the recommended blood work and sonograms at Lenox Hill. My follow-up appointment to discuss these test results and my treatment plan was scheduled for Tuesday at 8:30 AM. However, on Monday afternoon, I received a call at work stating my appointment was canceled. This notice was given less than 24 hours before my scheduled time, forcing me to disrupt my work week. It is incredibly frustrating that patients are charged a $50 fee for cancellations under 24 hours, yet the clinic does not hold itself to the same standard of accountability. Furthermore, the scheduling options provided for a rescheduled appointment are entirely unacceptable. I was initially told the earliest availability was in August. After protesting, I was offered July 17th. Expecting a patient to wait nearly two months to review diagnostic test results and initiate a treatment plan is both irresponsible and medically careless. The administrative disorganization, double-booking, and lack of consideration for patient health at this facility are deeply concerning. I require a much speedier resolution to discuss my health data.

Went in for a blood test. Had an appointment. I was in getting my test within 5 minutes after my arrival. They were fast and friendly, and the person taking blood hit the vein on the first shot!! Woo hoo!

My family and I have been patients here for many years. I personally stopped going here due to being misdiagnosed, not being taken seriously, and being gaslit by my doctor. A couple of years ago I came in for what I now know to be an autoimmune disease. At the time I did not know what was wrong with me and I was misdiagnosed by my by my doctor there. The doctor seemed not to take my concerns or quality of life seriously at all. Instead they wanted to talk about a problem that I didn't have and to push a drug that I didn't want on me. I was very appalled by the whole experience and I didn't want to go back there unless I absolutely had too. I later on got a second opinion from a different doctor somewhere else and was treated for my disease. Since the treatment my quality of life has been better and I have the autoimmune disease mostly under control. I was so appalled by the visit I left review about it but it was taken down for unknown reasons. Today I had the misfortune of going there again. I took my sister in for an appointment due to her not having means of transportation. I was faced with the rudest nurse I've ever met. I didn't catch her name and none of the staff would give her name. She didn't have a name tag either. But she was about late thirties or early forties and had very streaky dyed blonde hair in a bun. She was the most smug person I ever met and gave her such a hard time about everything. She didn't know her own company policy. She just seemed like a miserable person in general. Nobody seemed to be on the same page there. We were there for about three and a half hours just for her to get a vaccine for college. The doctor although he was very attentive to my sister, he gave my mother a hard time and didn't give out all the information that she needed to have before the appointment. So it would end up taking longer than expected. I hope I never have to set foot in that place again I was only just trying to do my family a favor, but nothing is ever simple with this place. The only positive experiences I ever had with advantage care physicians was with the allergy department with Dr. Bhatt and the podiatrist there when I went to an appointment with him about 6 or 7 years ago back when their office was in Hicksville. Since they moved to Bethpage the quality of service has gone down. Everyone on staff there seems to be run down even the ones that have been there for years and are generally great. I feel bad for them they're just the middleman.

This advantage care is not good at all. The nurses have attitudes. There was a technician dark long hair, tall & Italian American. She needs to be fired! She had the worst attitude I’ve ever seen from a “healthcare professional”. I was coming in to do a quick procedure & the way she treated me was unbelievable. The whole time she had the rudest attitude towards me & this woman is twice my age. She was so entitled & had no manners I was so angry & upset after my visit here. I reported her. I would not come back to this advantage care & I don’t recommend anyone come here.
