This was my first visit. Dr Miller was excellent, very thorough and personable. I felt very comfortable. Scott was very helpful in assisting me with picking out my new glasses. Very reasonable in cost as well. I highly recommend them.
I had an outstanding experience at BetterVision Family Eye Care. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcomed and taken care of — their customer service is truly excellent. A special thank you to Dr. Richardson, who handled my eye exam with incredible professionalism and patience. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I understood my options. It’s rare to find an optometrist who combines expertise with such a friendly, down‑to‑earth approach.
Dr. Richardson and his staff were absolutely amazing. Dr. Richardson was extremely thorough and took the time to make sure my prescription was perfect—my vision is crystal clear. The entire team was kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. His medical assistant was especially patient and helped me choose the perfect frames for my face. He also got me into a new brand of contacts that are absolutely amazing and don't make me "aware" or annoyed by the presence of the contacts on my eyes. No other doctor has been able to do that before. I was seen on a Thursday morning and my glasses were ready by Tuesday—after more than 20 years of wearing glasses, I’ve never had glasses ready that fast. I’ll be switching my entire family over to Dr. Richardson’s practice. Highly recommend!

We had the worst experience of any optical place. My husband and I saw Dr Patel My husband had a terrible time. Dr Patel NEVER checked the placement of the contacts my husband put in his eyess This was a Friday and that night he had redness and an eye infection.Called the number for emergencies no one answered.Monday we went back to Better Vision no Dr Patel. Found out he was working elsewhere and met him there. My husband couldn't get the contact out on top of the infection. Took Dr Patel 2 minutes to get the contact out He was charged $200. OUTRAGEOUS Dr Patel didnt even put a diagnostic code on the receipt.We fought to get our money back
