Actually everything was more nice the doctor was extremely well informed and the assistant was just fabulous and the young lady helping me get my glasses couldn't have made things any easier I truly appreciate everything you've done
Extremally pleased my visit to Beyond 2020 Vision Specialists today. Dr. Austin was very professional and gave me a through eye exam explaining my vision changes. Kathy, the optical specialist helped me with my glasses and my insurance coverage without overselling. From the moment I arrived the receptionist to the whole experience was excellent!! Everybody was very Friendly and professional. Exam was timely. sales clerk was very pleasant and helpful in answering questions about our vision policy, as well as selecting out glasses and fitting them for such I would recommend them strongly
From the time I walked in to the time I left everyone was so friendly and helpful . The doctor himself was the absolute BEST . He was the best eye doctor I have ever had and definitely will be going back to them. Their prices are fair and they accommodate what you have and give you what you’re capable paying . The best part is they are paired with affirm so you can make payments on whatever you get . Thank you guys so much for helping me out and answering all the questions I had !!
Quick Service friendly staff. The doctor and his assistant were fantastic. They were patient and allowed time for questions and we're very detailed in all explanations. The doctor went out of his way to accommodate me. I had went a week prior to a different local eye doctor that was unprofessional, didn't seem to want to be bothered with any patients and I left without a prescription after an eye exam due to their demeanor and being uncomfortable. I did not have that experience at Beyond 2020. It was total opposite they were welcoming and friendly and all the staff seemed happy which says a lot about their office. Highly recommend and will tell everyone I know what glasses to try them.
