I brought my 2 year old in with concerns about her eye health. The entire staff was fantastic dealing with a small toddler and made her feel comfortable. I'm sure it wasn't easy to get her to do all the tests but they did it and never got frustrated! We'll be back!
Great scheduling here. Very little wait to see your doctor. Dr Shenai is very through and explains everything well to his patients. The eyeglass area has a huge selection of frames is very roomy and well laid out. Very clean and quiet. The waiting areas are nicely broken up into different areas so you don’t feel crowded. Even a kids play area. Probably the nicest doctors office areas I have ever been in.
I’m so happy I read reviews. Great DRs and staff. The best service I have ever had. Bought glasses and contacts. Fantastic location next to Oasis coffee shop. Definitely recommend my family and friends. They take VSP insurance. So clean and organized. Very happy customer.
I love True Focus Eyecare and Dr. Shenai. He works very hard to get my crazy prescription just right for me. He loves a challenge! Adrian was great too! And Caroline, well, she’s my new best friend…and a great fashion consultant to help pick out frames! The front desk is always super helpful and polite. Great experience every time!
*The Best Optometrist Experience Ever!!* I have worn glasses my whole life and have had a number of optometrists across the east coast. My experience here at True Focus Eye Care with Dr. Shenai was the best I’ve had in a very long time. Let me start at the beginning. I booked an appointment at around midnight and was able to get confirmed and in the door for an appointment at 10:30 am the next day. WOW. Did I put this appointment off till the last minute? Yes. Did True Focus make it happen absolutely!! Upon entering the building the team at the front desk was great. I felt welcomed and I knew I had their attention when I got there. I filled out the new patient form and within minutes I was taken back and the eye exam started. It was a quick process with a nurse and then I met Dr. Shenai. He was incredibly knowledgeable and very patient as I asked my questions. His personal story with this practice was incredible and it shows this practice has a legacy. I shopped around for glasses and wasn’t sure I was ready to make a decision. I took the weekend and came back today. I thought I found a pair I lacked last week but found the perfect glasses today. The team here is incredible and I can not recommend this place enough Oh and one final thing. My visit was the day before my birthday. The first nurse noticed it and she wished me a happy birthday which I thought was nice…well word must’ve got out. I’m almost sure all the staff wished me a happy birthday by the time I left. That’s the type of culture and care True Focus Eye Center brings.
