I have had repeated excellent experiences at this practice! Everyone is friendly and helpful. The dr takes time to discuss any concerns and provides recommendations. She takes her time to explain everything. I highly recommend them and the Visin works connected to them.
Wow! Best experience ever and I have been to many glasses places. Everyone's super awesome here. Lisa, Orin and Dr. Pham were all were great and professional. It was a great experience and I got a great deal on the glasses. I just walked in to see how it is there, but ended up getting 3 pairs of glasses.
Upon arriving for my scheduled appointment I was greeted quickly. The staff was friendly and attentive. They explained the billing and insurance process, and afterwards was sent back for the eye exam. The doctor was friendly and professional. She too explained each step of the exam process. This is great place to get exams and there's a large selection of eye glasses.
I had a great experience at Beyond 2020 Vision Specialists in Wesley Chapel. The office is professional and the staff made the check-in process seamless. Dr. Austin was fantastic—very thorough, took the time to explain my results, and answered all my questions without making me feel rushed. Highly recommend them for anyone looking for quality eye care
Highly recommend. Fom the front desk getting me in literally with a few minutes notice, to Myresh (sorry if I am not spelling it correctly!) on the glasses side being very helpful in getting me a good value, I had a great experience. I have never had an optometrist as thorough as Dr. Austin. He took time to explain how my vision has changed and basically educate me on how the eyes work.
