I had an excellent experience at Eyes On Wesley Chapel (Wesley Chapel location) with Dr. Mai Vo and her optician. From start to finish, the visit was cordial, thorough, professional, and very informative. Dr. Vo performed a detailed eye examination and took the time to explain my options clearly. I especially appreciated being introduced to a newer generation of soft contact lenses, which have essentially eliminated the reasons I had continued wearing hard/RGP lenses for, literally, 50 years! That was a major improvement for me in both comfort and practicality. I was also impressed by the modern techniques and technology used during both the examination and the eyewear fitting process, which seem to eliminate guesswork and save time. Since I still need corrective glasses when I am not wearing contacts, I also took advantage of their eyewear services, and the fitting process was precise and helpful. Dr. Vo and her optician were knowledgeable, patient, and attentive throughout the entire visit. The Good: The frontline staff and technicians were polite, welcoming, and professional during intake.The Bad (Deceptive Billing): I was verbally quoted $200 for a display frame, but they billed my insurance $400 retail—doubling the price to bypass my frame allowance. They also tacked on $109 in medical diagnostic testing and photo screenings without disclosing the out-of-pocket fees or getting financial consent. The Ugly (Zero Follow-Up): When I emailed and texted management to fix these clear billing errors in good faith, they completely ignored me. I’ve had to dispute the charges with my credit card and report them to my insurance. Polite staff, but watch your invoice carefully and get every price quote in writing

I had a fantastic experience at Eyes on Wesley Chapel! The care and attention from the doctor, Daffne, and Ely were absolutely outstanding—they made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. My wife loved the sunglasses and her eyeglasses, and I felt the same about mine. They have a great selection of stylish options! I was also very impressed with how modern and up-to-date their equipment is. The technology they use for eye exams and prescriptions is top-notch. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for excellent service and quality eyewear!
