Alannis was super friendly and helpful! I just needed a few measurements for my current glasses, and she took the time to help me without any hassle. Great customer service. Highly recommend this place if you need glasses or any optical services.

I had a great experience with Brandon and Dr. Rasa Tamulavichus. Brandon was great along with the other staff in front with helping me navigate my new insurance issue and providing me with support on everything I needed for a smooth experience. I was given individual attention and great frame recommendations. When with Dr. Tamulavichus, the exams felt intentional with my care and she explained very thoroughly about the state of my vision. Overall the frame selection and billing went smoothly and the staff were all so kind. Recommended visiting as your primary spot for optometry/frame services.
I had a wonderful experience at this optical store. The staff were very friendly, patient, and helpful throughout the whole visit. They made me feel comfortable and answered all of my questions clearly. The optometrist was also very professional and thorough during the eye exam. They took the time to explain everything and made sure my prescription was accurate. I really appreciate their care and attention to detail. Overall, the service was excellent, and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a reliable eye exam and great customer service.
ZERO PRICE TRANSPARENCY. I cannot believe that when I went in to do my eye exam they quoted me $250-$350 for a pair of glasses with very minimal prescription. There is no pricing information on their website for glasses frames, and that is 100% intentional on their part. When I called to ask how I could get information on pricing they said I’d have to come in. Over the phone, the only information they would disclose is that their frames START at $250. This is not affordable or accessible at all, even after insurance “benefits” kick in. I am so disappointed about the up-charging and that they were not more transparent about pricing. When I went in for my eye exam, I felt pressured into buying the glasses on the spot. Now I understand why — they don’t want you to shop around at other places because then you’d understand that they are absolutely screwing you over financially. JUST GO TO WARBY PARKER.
Been coming here for almost a decade, and always been pretty happy with the service. Quick wait times. The doctors do the job well seemingly. But my latest expirence left me feeling like I was trying to get taken advantage of. They perform special exams (which aren't bad) that aren't covered by insurance. And then when it comes time for trying to buy glasses, there are so many options to upsell you on, it's just insanely expensive. Maybe my insurance has just gotten incredibly worse, but it just felt weird. If you are looking to spend 200-500 dollars on a pair of glasses, I'm sure it's fine. I just left the whole experience not super happy. TLDR. Good docs, maybe plan to go somewhere else to buy your glasses if money is an issue.
