So far very nice place. Staff were all very pleasant but I always take note if their happy. Everyone seemed happy to work there and that says alot. Dr Emily was very kind and knowledgeable when she explained things she didn't talk down or at me. The girl that fit my glasses was patient and when she didn't know the answer she knew who to go to and got me the answer. Excited to pick up my glasses in a few weeks and get the complete experience.

Everyone here is so kind and helpful! From treating adults to pediatric patients- they go above and beyond to make you feel welcomed, valued and take the time to explain the appointment process, results, and follow up needed. Truly a fantastic team and office. Thanks for all you do!

The visit was seamless from check in to check out! The staff was amazing from the receptionist, to the tech, to the doctor. They got my 3 young children and I assessed quickly. The doctor was very patient, professional, and explained everything thoroughly. Definitely a great office!

I cannot recommend this doctor’s office enough. I have been a loyal patient here for nearly a decade (I think close to 8 ish years), and my experience has been consistently wonderful. The entire team is extremely professional, welcoming, and thorough. From routine eye exams, to picking out glasses, and to amazing dry eye treatments, they always take their time and ensure all of my questions are answered. It is rare to find a practice that maintains such a high level of care and customer service year after year. Their office is beautiful and always very clean! I am very thankful for Dr. Coles and her team!
