Great customer service all around. Dr Despain and his assistant are super friendly and awesome and so is the optician who assisted me (wish I could remember her name). She really takes her time to help you find a great fit for glasses. Thanks, everyone!
I’ve been going here for years. The doctors and staff are great - friendly, knowledgeable, professional and personable as well as make you feel comfortable. Your needs are heard and you have choices with some of the services. They are not pushy with buying glasses or contacts through them, which I appreciate. They have matched some prices for contacts as well.
Dr. Despain is very knowledgeable. I feel confident in his assessments. Eye exams are thorough and they submit the bill to insurance. They have a nice selection of frames to choose from. As I get older, I wish they had an opthalmologist in the office to deal with such things as cataracts, but they do referrals. The office staff and providers are all very friendly and kind.
I have been seeing Dr Carrington-Helier the past two years. She is absolutely amazing! Answers every question without rushing, very thorough and so engaging! Did not push any services or products.
