So grateful for Dr Jennifer Dull at Heights Eyecare for the great care with my dry eye tear duct plugs exam. Visiting from out of state and was able to get in for an appointment right away when I had concerns regarding possible scratched eye/tear duct plugs issue. Thank you for the great care and such a friendly provider!
$249 for an appointment here - go to Costco instead and save your money. They cancelled an appointment last minute right before Christmas then made us wait a month before they could get us in again. When we checked out they informed us they no longer do cash pay discounts. No discount for them cancelling last minute but if we do the same thing they charge full price for the appointment…… $249 for an eye exam that took less than a half hour all together. No prescription required… 20/20 vision!

Great doctor, friendly staff, lots of frames to pick from. Should be 5 stars but there was confusion over the lens coating and when I called to ask questions I couldn't get direct answers. That felt like a fumble. It was not a helpful call, I did not feel heard or listened to. I don't recommend getting the coatings because of this, but I can recommend everything else with the experience. New glasses are beautiful even if they aren't quite what I thought they would be.
I had broken arms on my glasses. Sophia was able to replace the arms with copper ones..... beautiful.And....NO CHARGE!
