I had to get my glasses adjusted and my husband needed a new bow fixed. The staff were fast and did a great repair job. They didn't charge a penny! These services are part of their courtesy features to their customers. Great vision center!
I'm very pleased with Billings Vision Center. The staff is very friendly and they get you in right away. Dr. Felstet is very caring and knowledgeable. I'm so glad they were recommended to me.
I have been taking my kids (9 & 12) here for years and we absolutely love them! The doctors have been great at explaining things so that both the kids and myself understand the testing and diagnosis. The selection of frames is amazing, the opticians that help with frame fittings have been more than helpful. We have stopped unannounced in to have frames readjusted and they are quick to hop right in and help us everytime. Highly recommend them if you are looking for eye doctor in the Billings area.
Great group of people from reception to the glass fitting! Dr. Tom was amazing. He listened to my concerns and explained everything from options to what to expect after. What a wonderful experience. Highly recommed!!
Another great appointment with Dr. Garrett at Billings Vision today. He is so easy to talk to and genuinely cares so much about his patients! He is the best eye doctor I have ever seen!
