Dr. Karpo goes above and beyond. I’m grateful to have found this gem. Shoutout to Bobbi Jo for being phenomenal and making sure my prescriptions are taken care of timely by the pharmacy.
Wow! Just wow! BEST experience I've ever had at ANY doctor's office! Staff is fabulous and friendly. Dr. Karpo is AMAZING. She's kind, thorough and very informative. She has incredible "chair side" manner and graciously explains everything she's doing (and why it's being done) through out the entire exam. My only regret is that I didn't come to her sooner. I'd give 10 stars if I could.
Dr Karpo is "old school"...she is extremely compassionate and takes her time...you never feel rushed. She has incredible bedside manor and explains each step as she examines you. Very thorough and knowledgeable. Her staff are always welcoming and are the epitomy of what customer service should be. I've recommended several people over the years and they would agree to all of the above. Lets support small businesses like this one!!!
I've been going to Dr Karpo since I've been 10 years old. She's made alot of money off of me and my family. But the women at the front desk are terrible and have been since they started. I miss when she use to employ the interns from college. Was a much better business. Both women from the front desk seem frustrated and over worked all the time. They're extremely short when they talk.
Dr Karpo and Bobbi Jo are awesome. They are very friendly and welcoming. I was able to get in on a cancellation and glad I did...I was well overdue for an exam and new glasses. I love seeing Dr Karpo because she takes her time with the exam and with that she found my lazy eye which no one else did. I totally would recommend Dr Karpo for all your eye issues..
