A while back I had lost my glasses so I have been without them for about half a year. I was really nervous to start my journey looking for eye Care again because I've never had that great of experiences. I came to Black diamond eye Care simply because it was under my insurance, but I'm so glad that I came!! Everyone here has been super helpful. Every time I call I am greeted with a good attitude!! Emily helped me so much picking out my frames and trying on a few different things until I found out what was most comfortable for me!! She presented all of the information that I needed in a very clear and concise manner and made this experience so great for me!! I would recommend coming here to anyone looking for excellent customer service!! Emily was a doll to work with and you will feel lucky if you get her!!

All of the providers were amazing! Emily is a blessing from god! She helped me pick out glasses, was personable, loving and helped me with my payment while I was short due to unexpected life situations. Truly one of the best appointments and experiences I have ever had. As someone who always went to Costco for their glasses, I have never had a person assist me with the glasses selection and going over my benefits in such detail. Lena was who helped me with that process and she was FANTASTIC. Honestly the whole staff was amazing from front desk, the optometrist assistant, the wonderful doctor to the ladies on the sales floor. HIGHLY recommend and very impressed.
