Blaney Vision Center

I really liked Blaney Vision Center. They were very kind and helpful. They treated me very kind and helpful. They were sweet, and I liked the Dr he was good and my specialist has worked with him and they know each other. My eye Dr. sent me to him because mine only does surgeries now.

I get my glasses with them, my eye doctor is out of network, but thinking of getting my vision checked here too, they are a great team.

My first time at Blaney Vision Center was a great experience! I didn't have to wait long and Dr Blaney and every staff member was very pleasant. I received a very thorough eye exam that was not rushed. I love the positive vibes between the staff.

If there was anything less than a zero I could give, I would. I am a stroke victim and I have been treated extremely unfairly by the front office staff. I had to cancel my appointment because I have a neurology appointment in Erie that I could not miss and I didn’t realize it when I scheduled with them. So I called to reschedule. The lady on the phone had a terrible attitude and asked me why I was rescheduling. I told her the weather because of the ice storm we are having and that I have another appointment. She rescheduled me with a terrible attitude. Then immediately called me back after rescheduling me to tell me she couldn’t put me on the schedule until I paid an $83 fee which I had no idea I had. I’m not sure if she was having a bad day or what but her attitude was God awful. Dr. Blaney is a wonderful doctor and it’s a shame he has staff that are so unprofessional. I told her she lost a customer.

I just called in to order new contacts and it was the most pleasant experience I've had on the phone. It took less than 2 minutes to verify my information, confirm that my prescription was valid, and get a new set of contact lenses ordered. Absolutely wonderful customer service! Thank you!
